This is ANOTHER repeat, the other pic like this has a caption that says “This week on lost”
It’s not really a repeat just because it’s been featured on another site.
seriously a repeat?
Now the nazis are going after the furries?
so….. Nazis and a bear?
Might this not be some guys from a re-enactment group? I can’t see the “originals” doing the reclining pose, nor can I see that particular furry suit costume in the ’40s.
An out-take from “Springtime For Hitler”?
When do we get to see the director’s cut?
Third time this is repeated. Fist on pic is unrelated, then failblog and now here.
The bear is a mascot for a german brand of drinks and this photo was taken either before WWII or by reservists(note that the guns the 2 are holding in the bottom are full length K98′s, not the later carbines).
if its full length then its a g98. k98 is karbiner (carbine) 1898…. but theyre k98′s not k98 k’s but the uniforms are suggesting the late 30′s and until the end of ww2
Woo-hoo, Asehujiko! *history golf clap* Well done!
This is a “Werewolf” platoon goofing off. The Wehrmacht had fun too.
I didn’t know that they had Werewolf” platoons. Thought that they were more of an individual and small group type of units.
how do you know this is the “Werewolf” platoon, and that the Wehrmacht had fun too…?
LOL they captured the Bear Jew
I’m with Mike. I don’t think this isn’t an original photo.
I’d agree with Asehujiko, I believe it more likely to be a pre-war photo as the insignia on the sides of the helmets and the Jack boots became scarce during the war due to leather shortages and the fact that the red, white and black insignia stand out in cover. By ’41 these features had disappeared from the Heer.
That really doesn’t answer the glaring question of why.
whats Saddam hissein doing there
Could it be related to the symbol for Berlin, dating back to March 22, 1280, which is a bear?
